Our specialised sales and engineering team is available to provide customers with advice on selection of tyres for any application, plus assistance and planning to ensure maximum tyre life.
We also provide a number of "Value Added" features, designed to significantly increase the value of our  OTR tyres to customers.
These include:
- Direct access between personnel and facilities in Australia and Bridgestone and Firestone factories, engineering facilities and R & D resources around the world
- Regular client visits by sales and engineering personnel to all sites, no matter how remote
- The availability of Bridgestone’s Tyre Management software program, which records and analyses tyre data for individual sites.
- Training at any level required. Available courses include:
- Tyre Servicing
- Basic Product Knowledge
- Tyre Application and Awareness.
Our training courses can be presented formally or informally to management, as well as maintenance and operational staff.
